Welcome to the Photosense forum
My name is Innocent Adriko, I administer the forum and any suggestions, requests or complaints should be sent to me.
Forum membership is open to everyone, amateur or professional, experienced or beginner and everyone is equally welcome.
Posting guidelines to the open forums
The open forums can be viewed by anyone visiting the site. They exist for the exchange of information and ideas useful to photographers. When adding or replying to a post, you are asked to show proper respect to other users and to provide information that is helpful and useful. Posts containing commercial spam, advertising or any form of language that the moderator considers to be offensive will be deleted and the person making the post may be suspended.
I hope that these forums will come to provide a useful archive of information and that people searching for information will be able to find it easily, so please stick to the subject when providing answers.
Posting guidelines to the closed forums
The closed forums can only be viewed by registered members who are logged into our site.
Strictly business: This is the ideal place to post questions etc that you would prefer the general public not to see but please bear in mind that anyone who wants to can register as a member!
Chat: Discuss anything you like here, whether its related to photography or not.
Jobs: Post here if you have work to offer or if you're looking for work.
When adding or replying to a post, you are expected to show proper respect to other users. Posts containing commercial spam, advertising or any form of language that the moderator considers to be offensive will be deleted and the person making the post may be suspended.
Moderation
As forum administrator I can delete or edit any posts. Each section moderator can delete or edit posts made in that section. The decision of a moderator is final and I will not interfere with any decision made by any moderator.
Moderators will delete or edit off topic, unwelcome or inappropriate posts but will not delete or edit posts simply because they happen to disagree with the information contained in them.
Archived posts
We will delete posts that, although useful at the time of their posting, have outlived their usefulness As an example, if you ask if anyone is available to photograph a gig next Saturday then we are likely to delete your post once the gig has taken place. This will make it easier for everyone to find useful information in the future.
